Working for Signature Staff is good. The staff are always friendly and encouraging. It was great to have a staff induction with the expectations of Signature Staff and also just a general outline of how they operate. It was good to know that if you had a problem or a question that they were able to help you with it. The normal hospitality work of banqueting and so on is quite boring but the people you work with make it fun. Majority of the clients I have worked for are good and would happily work for them again. It was also good to not only do banqueting but other bar work, and laboring. Pretty much satisfied with my employment.
