Safe Work Procedures

The purpose of a Safe Work Procedure (SWP/SWMS) is to ensure that personnel are trained to carry out work in a safe manner. It sets out the work activities into a series of basic steps, identifies hazards and describes control measures.

Besides being an excellent tool to mitigate risks, it is also a legislative requirement that a SWMS is produced for any high risk construction work.

Safe Work Procedures are also referred to by other terms including SWM and WMS.

All of our Safe Work Procedures (SWP/SWMS) are:

  • Written by trusted Australian professionals
  • Up to date and compliant with latest Australian legislation
  • Instantly accessible as MS Word documents
  • Completely customisable
