Reporting directly to the owners, you will coordinate the day-to-day operation of the workshop and yard including estimates, bookings, scheduling, allocating, dispatching and equipment maintenance. Monitor quality, safety and compliance are also of paramount importance. As this is a medium size workshop, you will need to assist your team in a hands-on capacity at times, including equipment delivery.Working hours are Mon to Fri, with occasional weekends.Skills and ExperienceTo be considered for this role, you will need to have managerial or supervisory experience within a mechanical workshop environment.
