Things you’ll be doing

As a Stewarding Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising and supporting a team of kitchen stewards delivering an excellent standard of cleanliness and hygiene. You will also be required to make certain back of house areas are maintained and assist with the location, movement and storage of operational equipment, ensuring that health and safety are top priorities.

Essential skills and Attributes

• Experience as Stewarding Supervisor or be a talented Stewarding Team Leader ready to take your next
• A working knowledge and understanding of HACCP procedures
• Physically fit and able to do manual tasks
• Strong communication skills 
• Team player
