Overview of the position:

The role and your key responsibility are to support the Technical Account Manager. You will be the go-to person for contractual clients, looking after their needs, suggest timely upgrades, informing them of new technology available etc. The position has a focus on customer service and administrative components. The account management component is a reactive role ensuring that all the clients’ inquiries are handled promptly and effectively. The administrative component includes quotations, proposals, contracts and correspondence.

Essential Criteria:

  • A passion for, and previous experience with technology
  • Strong, proven customer sales and service skills
  • Experience with preparation and distribution of quotes and proposals
  • Business acumen
  • Technical and / or IT background is advantage
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
