  • Solid management experience in multi-facet outlet operation within quality 4 to 5 star resort style establishments
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Impeccable customer service and presentation standards
  • Skilled in Revenue Management and Food & Beverage operations
  • Proven ability to manage people, with a passion and expertise in training, development and coaching
  • Drive high levels of guest satisfaction through the consistent execution of service standards and initiatives, visible operational leadership and high interaction with guests
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT skills experience in Sunsystem, Symphony and Opera
