This family owned and operated business is a long-standing boutique naturopathy consultancy and wholesale with practices in Cairns, Townsville and other locations in the Far North. Their national wholesale division specialising in high quality products, supporting health practitioners in clinic.

Your New Role:

As part of the team you will have an integral involvement with accounts such as purchasing, invoicing and preparation of accounts for the bookkeeper. Your attention to detail is also needed in the areas of record keeping as you will be assisting with payments and arranging patient appointments,  organise and maintaining  the reception as well as providing general administrative support including diary management, records management, preparation of documentation, reports and correspondence. You will also assist with web and social media management.

This role is Part time 3 to 4 days per week with a vision to go full time in 2 to 3 months.

Essentials

  • Solid accounts skills
  • Mac/Apple computer and software experience essential
  • High level of administration skills
  • Retail and / or wholesale experience
  • Understands what exceptional customer service is all about

  • Into a healthy life style
  • Able to work 1 Saturday per month.
