Rare opportunity for a production chef to join a professional brigade at one of Cairns’ most popular venues, located near the Esplanade.  Daytime working hours, mainly Mon-Fri with occasional weekend shift.

The job

This position is vital and has a pivotal role in supplying base ingredients and mis-en-place to the main kitchen. Working only with the highest quality produce, you will assist with high standard food production as well as helping the team with lunch service on a daily basis. Your ability to maintain consistent quality is therefore paramount.  You will be working 5 days per week, manly through Mon-Fri with occasional weekend shift depending on the season.
