The Workplace:

Busy and vibrant property management office that pride themselves in taking on quality properties and match them with quality tenants. The business has a large portfolio of residential and commercial rental properties and a team of 12. This is a high energy environment equipped with excellent technical support as well as systems to ensure the team can manage with ease.

The role:

Reporting to the director, your role is to manage all aspects of administration and the day to day operation of a busy property management office.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Recruitment
  • Performance Management
  • Policies and procedures implementations and management

Accounts

  • Trust Accounting
  • Payroll
  • Reconciliations
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • BAS
  • Payroll Tax
  • Superannuation

IT Management

  • Basic troubleshooting with computers, phones, software and printers
  • Manage In house programs

Essential Requirements

  • Experience with rental property management
  • General office administration
  • Strong accounts experience
  • Working knowledge of WHS and IR laws
  • Driver’s Licence
  • Real Estate Licence
