The Role

Reporting to the Resort Manager, your will be overseeing all Workplace Relations and deliver HR Management support for the organisation

  • Recruitment and selection of staff
  • Workforce development and organisational planning
  • Assist with a variety of employment relations initiatives, including reward and recognition programs

 Essential skills and attributes:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following 

  • Experienced HR professional with a relevant degree
