The Role

Reporting to the HR Manager, your will be overseeing all HR administrative tasks and supporting the HR Manager with regards Workplace Relations activities.

Some of things you will be doing in your new role:

• Provide HR advice to managers and employees
• Recruitment and selection of staff
• Support the HR Manager with workforce development and organisational planning
• Assist with a variety of employment relations initiatives, including reward and recognition programs
• Performance and change management
• Learning and development (needs analysis, personal development plans, mentoring and coaching)
• Driving a positive culture with a strong customer focus

 Essential skills and attributes:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following 

• Experienced HR professional with a relevant degree
• Good knowledge of HR Practices and legislation
• Professional level of communication
• Competent with MS Office and related business and communication tools
• You naturally build trusted relationships by being knowledgeable and genuine in your approach  
• You genuinely care about others and excited about having a positive impact on people
• HR experience within the Hospitality Industry
