The Position

Reporting to the Group Business Manager, you will be overseeing the day-to-day running of the hostel as well as providing support and guidance to staff.

Some of the things you may be doing:

• Reservations / Room Allocations
• Rostering
• Staff / Contractor Management
• Budgets / Financials
• WHS and Property Management

Essential skills and Attributes

To be successful in this role you need to demonstrate a proven commitment to working with and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, plus the following:

• Strong management experience
• Relevant accommodation / facility management experience
• Financial acumen
• Driver’s License and First Aid Certification
• Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or able to get
• Fit and Healthy
