As a Guest Service Manager, you will be overseeing all aspects of Front Office operations, including check-in / out, switch, billings, reporting, reservation, and security.

Essential skills and attributes:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following 

  • Solid experience in a similar role within a quality resort establishment
  • Well versed in all Front Office functions
  • Confident with Accounts, Audit, and Reporting
  • Must have experience in using Opera 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exemplary guest service skills
  • Team-player willingly assists others without being asked.  
  • Problem-solving, negotiation, and selling skills.
