The ideal candidate

We are looking for an experienced Grounds Manager who has great enthusiasm and a passion for horticulture design and systems.

  • Trimming and pruning
  • Tree lopping
  • Edging
  • Ensuring all safety guidelines are met and promptly notifying management of injury
  • Ensuring you leave a tidy area after service

Key Responsibilities and Desirable Licences/Qualifications

  • Certificate in Horticulture or Arboriculture
  • Hold a current chainsaw licence
  • ACDC Licence
  • MR Licence
  • Lead by example when in a team environment
  • Ability to work autonomously when required
  • Responsible for accurately recording work, contacts and safety sheets
  • Able to work a physically demanding role where you are exposed to all elements. This is FNQ so it is H O T 11 months of the year!
