Balancing traditional areas such as operational efficiency, growth and compliance the role also has a strong focus on team collaboration and customer service. This role will support the General Manager and provide leadership and guidance to College staff as the deputy in the General Manager’s absence.   Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide leadership to ensure that the College has the proper operational controls, administrative / finance procedures and people systems in place.
