The properties are spread throughout  Queensland,  but  the  majority of  the properties are based in Cairns and Townsville.    Therefore,  some  travel  can be expected;  mainly between Cairns and Townsville.  Business Development:  Build strong alliances and develop new relationships to fill leasing vacancies and acquire new clients to build  the  portfolio.      Account Management:  Managing relationships  with existing tenants. Work with external agents and stakeholders.    Marketing:  Develop and implement successful marketing campaigns. Create marketing documentation and advertisements.  PR:  Interact with community.
