The role

Reporting directly to the owner, your new role is accounts and administration based.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • All aspects of accounts receivable and payable
  • Quotation and invoicing
  • Reconcile debtor, creditor, bank and credit card accounts
  • Reconciliation of accounts and updating the Dashboard
  • Preparation and lodgement of BAS statements
  • Processing payroll for 10 staff, superannuation and group certificates
  • Reporting
  • General reception and administration duties

Skills and experience needed:

  • All aspects of bookkeeping and sound accountancy principles
  • Solid computer skills, including XERO & Excel
  • Professional and friendly disposition 
  • Solid communications skills both verbal and in writing
