Writing style � use style that will attract the right candidate i.e. Hospitality Professional use a communication style that attract a team player with compliance attributes “Join our winning team. Do you enjoy working within a company that pride themselves on organization skill and strong health, safety and compliance procedures in place.”
Key words � Job title, Type of language, essential skills, Funky/Modern words
Be specific � location, salary, experience and achievements
Paint a picture – workplace culture, management and team style, benefits, ethic and values and at the same time understand what generation you are trying to attract.
Call to action – Capture the right candidate straight away. Need to create the “I want this Job” feeling. Dangle that carrot so you draw your ideal candidate.
