The process is hassle free. We provide work cover, public liability and professional cover for all temporary staff. We also cover superannuation and take care of all payroll costs and taxes. Signature Staff recognizes its responsibilities under the Workplace Health and Safety Act and the Privacy Act, and are happy to forward a copy of relevant documents to the client upon request.
Options for medium to long term periods. We have further, cost effective options when you have a longer period to cover e.g. Prolonged Sick Leave, Annual Leave, Maternity Leave and Relief Management. With this option, the staff member becomes part of your payroll for a pre-determined length of time. A service fee is then invoiced depending on the length of the contract and the weekly structure of hours.
We offer a 24-hour service. Signature Staff managers are only a phone call away, and can place experienced professionals in your workplace around the clock. At Signature Staff, you don’t have to leave messages with a third party operator, or talk to an answering machine. You will talk directly to an experienced manager, no matter what day or time you call.
