Outplacement Level One - Base Program
This program includes: 
- Initial Meeting
- Career Profiling
- CV & Interview Skills
- Covering Letters & Marketing Plan
- Job Hunting Skills
- Review & Follow up Sessions
- Program Evaluation
The participant would have an initial meeting with their career coach, a 90 minute profiling session followed by 5hrs of professional services over a number of days, including feedback on their report and advice and support covering the areas as detailed above.
- The Participants time investment is approximately 7hrs.
- The cost for the full program is $1,595+ GST.
Outplacement Level Two — Extended Program
This Level 2, Outplacement and Career Transition Program is appropriate for all middle and senior management employees along with individuals that have been entrenched in a job for a significant period of time, and are not well resourced to immediately transition into the job market. This program includes career profiling, analysis and feedback, along with CV and marketing skill development.
All details are the same as in the Outplacement Level 1 Program. However, the program provides extended support and development over a two month period.
- The Participants time investment is approximately l2hrs
- The cost for the full program is $2,395+ GST.
