Behavioural modelling provides a framework through which to consider not only your behavioural characteristics, but also the behaviour of the people you interact with. In turn this provides you with a crystal ball through which to consider how you may react under different circumstances and how best to interact with others.

Increasingly DISC is being used as a regular assessment tool for existing staff members. Such regular assessments can help to detect and resolve certain problems before they become serious. DISC can help not only an organisation, but also has a part to play in personal career development.

The DISC system can be used to suggest career directions suited to a particular individual’s personality style.

If we apply the knowledge gained on DISC outside of work and at home, we will be able to understand what different personalities look for in a relationship and adapt accordingly.

By applying our knowledge of DISC, we can begin to understand the personalities of our partners and children and use this understanding to underscore our expectations, be more sensitive to their needs and improve communication with them.
