Vlasta founded Signature Staff in 1998 aiming to provide a benchmark for specialised recruitment and HR Resources with a high standard of service to both clients and candidates. Vlasta has a strong interest in the processes and skills necessary when acquiring and merging talent in a successful manner.
Organisational development, management issues, career transition, successful recruitment and retention strategies is the core focus. Vlasta vision to supply service of value has enabled her to create team of professional with high business ethics, entrepreneurial approach and understanding of human care factor.
Responsible for the strategic and operational management of Signature Staff, Mats has over 20 years management experience in recruitment, relationship management, commercial management and hospitality.
Mats works at all levels of the organisation from providing leadership, strategic direction and guidance to the team, meeting clients to designing recruitment solutions and training and development projects. This includes managing expansion into new jurisdictions and cultivating new relationships.
Jason has a challenging position of Manager for the Hospitality and Tourism division, where he is providing advice and career options to professionals in Australia and overseas whilst liaising with existing and prospective clients. He also manages a temping pool of over 200 staff.
Over the years Jason has developed a network of industry professionals and has worked closely with some of the finest in this industry. Jason’s extensive hospitality experience and his passion for the industry has provided countless clients, candidates and trainees alike with the expertise and confidence of a true industry professional.
Currently as Signature Staff”s accounts and payroll officer, Nicole is dedicated to ensuring all temporary / contract personnel are paid on time each week. She is strict with her organisational skills and accuracy, ensuring 100% correct invoices and accounts. Nicole is always happy to help and offering administration support making her an asset to Signature Staff’s team.
Debbie has recently joined Signature Staff and specialises in Industrial, Health and Infrastructure placements. Debbie utilises her New Zealand connections to source a number of skilled, experienced candidates to fill roles in these areas. With over 10 years of experience in recruiting and relationship management she is able to approach hard-to-fill roles with confidence and expertise, ensuring a win-win outcome for all concerned.
Professional, efficient and with exceptional communication skills, Donna has an excellent understanding of the recruitment process and what is required to assist both jobseekers and clients alike. Having a broad range of experience and knowledge to particularly in both Administration and Human Resources, Donna provides support across the board to all stake holders
Matt began his career in the online marketing field when he was just 18 years old and was one of the first specialists in his field. In those days, online marketing consisted of many new opportunities and challenges, allowing him to understand this niche area from grass root level and later became an expert in his industry. Matt now specialize in online marketing procedures and online recruitment, providing an alternative sourcing strategy for hard-to-fill and specialist positions in Australia, PNG and New Zealand.
