This position with a large Australian bank is available for a suitably qualified person looking to develop their long term career and establish solid business networks based in Cairns.

Responsibilities will include:

• Implementing strategic planning
• Communicating with clients & client visits on a regular basis
• Maximising client referrals and refinancing opportunities
• Staff management in the absence of the Branch Manager
• Providing an extensive range of financial solutions to clients
• Generating small business clients & identifying new business opportunities
• Building solid long term relationships with clients over time to better understand their business needs

Your background / expertise:

• Proven sales background (preferable in B2B)
• Financial / Banking background desirable
• Ability to share knowledge with colleagues
• Business management experience highly regarded
• Commitment to customer satisfaction
• Experience in a similar role in banking will be highly regarded
