This position with a large Australian bank is available for a suitably qualified person looking to develop their long term career and establish solid business networks based in Cairns.
Responsibilities will include:
- Implementing strategic planning
- Communicating with clients & client visits on a regular basis
- Maximising client referrals and refinancing opportunities
- Staff management in the absence of the Branch Manager
- Providing an extensive range of financial solutions to clients
- Generating small business clients & identifying new business opportunities
- Building solid long term relationships with clients over time to better understand their business needs
- Proven sales background (preferable in B2B)
- Financial / Banking background desirable
- Ability to share knowledge with colleagues
- Business management experience highly regarded
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
- Experience in a similar role in banking will be highly regarded
