We are currently seeking a talented Sous Chef for an immediate start. You will have previous experience in Banquets as well as A la Carte service.
Ability to carry out the following duties:
- Supervision and support kitchen staff
- Cooking & preparation of meals
- Ordering and stock rotation
- Cooking & presentation of meals
Successful applicant will:
- Display high level of professionalism
- Have excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task & be highly organized
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
- Able to work autonomously
