We are currently seeking a talented Sous Chef for an immediate start. You will have previous experience in Banquets as well as A la Carte service.

Ability to carry out the following duties:chef1

  • Supervision and support kitchen staff
  • Cooking & preparation of meals
  • Ordering and stock rotation
  • Cooking & presentation of meals

Successful applicant will:

  • Display high level of professionalism
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task & be highly organized
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
  • Able to work autonomously
