Our client is looking for a Site Manager to manage their showroom and warehouse in the Cairns CBD.
Working as the Site Manager you will have the necessary skills to set and achieve budgets, manage staff, retain staff, and effectively drive the business forward by achieving profitability within company guidelines.
This is a hands on role and would suit a Site Manager who likes to be out on the shop floor with their team everyday rather than behind a desk.
Full time permanent position based in the Cairns CBD.

Duties:
- Effectively administer and manage Department Heads
- Consistently promote the highest standards of service to customers
- Ensure sales/budget targets are achieved
Criteria:
- Large Retail Store Management Experience
- Proven track record of achieving budgets/targets/KPI’s
- A holistic approach to people management
