Based in Port Moresby and reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Our client, a large financial institution based in Papua New Guinea, is looking for an Executive Manager to provide strategic direction and leadership on credit administration, asset management/recoveries, lending support/security, credit schemes, and to the branch network. They have number of branches across PNG, with their Head Office in Port Moresby.
Desirable Criteria:
10 yrs in the banking industry or similar financial institution will be highly regarded
High level of financial analysis, scheduling and planning skills
A Tertiary qualification in Finance, or another Finance-related discipline is mandatory and a relevant post graduate qualification preferred
An understanding of PNG culture will also be highly regarded
Essential Criteria:
Must be a team player
Must have high level analytical skills and excellent people management skills
Must have excellent product knowledge
