Program Manager

An organization which runs a residential service catering for teenage males in the Townsville area requiring statutory intervention has an opportunity for a Program Manager to provide program management, leadership and the delivery of client services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff management and leadershipResidential catering
  • Program design and implementation
  • Oversee Department of Child safety requirements within the program
  • Manage client service through ongoing staff training
  • Acquire knowledge of federal and state legislation applicable to the program
  • Liaise with other stakeholders
  • Budget management
  • Ensure that relevant information is communicated to the team
  • Provide support and guidance to Case Coordinators
  • Manage client files
  • Provide reports to the funding body and senior management

Your Qualities & Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Demonstrated commitment to social justice
  • Experience in a senior position
  • Financial management experience
  • Human resources and staff training experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good reporting skills
