An organization which runs a residential service catering for teenage males in the Townsville area requiring statutory intervention has an opportunity for a Program Manager to provide program management, leadership and the delivery of client services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff management and leadership

- Program design and implementation
- Oversee Department of Child safety requirements within the program
- Manage client service through ongoing staff training
- Acquire knowledge of federal and state legislation applicable to the program
- Liaise with other stakeholders
- Budget management
- Ensure that relevant information is communicated to the team
- Provide support and guidance to Case Coordinators
- Manage client files
- Provide reports to the funding body and senior management
Your Qualities & Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Demonstrated commitment to social justice
- Experience in a senior position
- Financial management experience
- Human resources and staff training experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good reporting skills
