Payroll Officer – Cairns

Calculating your next career move? We have a 4 month assignment position available for an experienced Payroll Officer with a large, well known Cairns employer.

This position offers:

Responsibilities include:

  • End to end payroll processing for 8 entities
  • Interpreting awards & agreements in relation to rates of pay & overtime provisions
  • Answering queries (internal & external)
  • Superannuation
  • Payroll Tax

The Person we’re looking for:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good MYOB & Micropay (payroll components) will be highly regarded
  • Ability to prioritise work load and work to tight deadlines
