Payroll Coordinator – Cairns

A large Hotel in Cairns has an opportunity for an experienced Payroll Coordinator to enhance their Accounts team. This position can be full time or part time.

Your duties will include:

  • Processing payroll for 150 employees using Micropay
  • Data entry, ensuring staff details in database are up to date
  • General administrative duties
  • End of month procedures
  • End o year procedures
  • Resolving payroll queries promptly
  • Weekday working hours

Your skills and experience:

  • Payroll and Micropay experience essential
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent administration and data entry skills
  • Ability to prioritise your work load and work to tight deadlines
  • Advanced Excel skills
