Skills / Experience Required

- Experienced and trade qualified Pastry Chef
- Experience in a resort / hotel kitchen preparing bakery & pastry cuisine
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with a team in a fast paced environment
- Applicants must have permanent residency in Australia

In this hands on role, you will be managing the pastry section, so great communication skills are a must for this position.
