A large aviation specialist has an opportunity for a Country Manager to lead their team in PNG and beyond.

Duties:
- Responsible for driving efficiency and performance management of staff
- Managing the direct reports of the Chief Pilot, Chief Engineer, Maintenance Controller, Financial Controller and Administration Manager
- Reporting directly to company Managing Director
- Overseeing the day to day function of the PNG operation and beyond
- Heavy strategic influence
- Business planning, growth, forecasting, and implementation of strategic action plans
Your Qualifications & Expertise:
- Tertiary qualification in business, accounting, finance, HR, engineering or law
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- An excellent track record as a business leader
- High level influencing skills
- Excellent networking skills
- Must be creative, flexible and diverse
- Must be able to communicate and get the best out of a diverse range of people and have an understanding of different cultures
- Aviation experience will be highly regarded but not essential
