Your Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the day to day running for the Conference & Banquets department
- Managing rosters and staff
- Staff training, development and succession planning
- Maintain, improve and introduce department procedures
- Budgeting, forecasts & cost control
- Stock management
- Driving your team to provide premier service to guests
- Maintain relationships with other managers and potential clients
The Successful Candidate:
- Previous Conference & Banquet Management experience
- Enthusiastic, positive hands on approach
- Ability to inspire your team
- Previous staff management and training experience
