A PNG company has an opportunity for a Chief Executive Officer to join their team in Cairns. Our client is involved in the Exxon lead LNG project in PNG.

We are looking for an experienced Chief with outstanding leadership skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction to lead,develop and implement the company’s strategic plan in Australia.

The Role:

• Implementation of the strategic goals of the organisation
• Enabling the Board to fulfill its objectives
• Providing direction and leadership in order to achieve goals
• Supporting the operations and administration of the Board
• Recommending yearly budgets for Board approval
• Financial and Human Resources management

The Right Candidate:

• An existing CEO or experienced General Manager with a wealth of experience and understanding of the Insurance Industry at Senior Executive level
• Outstanding strategic planning skills
• Proven ability to meet business objectives
• Leadership and relationship management skills
• Exhibits a hands on management style whilst maintaining excellent delegation skills
