An opportunity has arisen for a Case Coordinator to join the dedicated team supporting a residential service for children requiring external support.
Responsibilities include:
- Participate in ongoing training
- Communicating with government and non government stakeholders
- Working closely with youth workers
- Establish and maintain working relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Participate in the evaluation and advancement of support approaches
- Actively participate in team, case coordination and networking meetings
- Update and maintain case records
Your Skills, Experience & Expertise:
- Tertiary qualifications related to social work desirable, but not essential
- Previous case coordination experience
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Professional ability to communicate and build rapport with children
- Understanding of culturally diverse
