Our client is a not-for-profit, community based organisation committed to helping young people make the transition through school and onto successful careers and life experiences. They are looking for a Case Coordinator based in Atherton to join their team with an immediate start.
Essential Criteria:
- Formal qualifications in Psychology, social work or human services
- Ability to work effectively with young people
- Capacity to facilitate youth development and transition
- Demonstrates personal drive and integrity and works productively with others
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work effectively in teams
- Deadline conscious
- Excellent public relations skills
