Business Manager

Our client a non for profit organisation based in Cairns is looking for a Business Manager for a fixed term 6 month contract.

Full time hours are applicable with an excellent rate of pay + benefits.

Criteria:

  • Qualifications in business, accounting, commerce, or HR
  • Experience with HR related matters and driving HR across an organisation
  • Experience with managing the overall financial performance and reporting of a medium sized organisation
  • Excellent people management skills
  • A keen interest in the non for profit sector
  • Previous experience in social justice

The position reports directly to the CEO and is part of the senior management team.
