An exceptional opportunity has arisen within this dynamic Organisation to become the new Business Development Manager.
You will be required to manage and develop key business connections, co-ordinate employment, training, and manage pre-employment initiatives within the region.

Your duties will include:
Development of industry specific solutions for Clients
Manageing exisiting business connections
Developing startegic aligments within the business community
Co-ordinating with State and Site Managers and Senior Staff in achieving outcomes
Ensuring required protocols are met
Attendance at regular meetings
Providing monthly operational reports to Senior Management
Qualifications desirable:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Community Engagement
Project Management experience
Front Line Management experience
Attributes:
Practical experience in marketing or business development
Understanding of Government service delivery
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Grant writing techniques
Willingness to live and travel in remote locations
Prior experience working with Indigenous organisations
High level computer literacy
Ability to write complex action plans
Whilst a Car, Mobile’ phone and Laptop are provided for your use, it is also expected that you will travel away on 1.5 out of every 4 weeks for work.
