Our Client, based in the Northern Territory, is currently seeking an Airline Catering Manager to join their busy professional team.
Ideally, you will have a previous experience as a Banquets or Catering Manager, with a strong emphasis on food health and safety.
You will be responsible for the quality, delivery and packaging of all food to the airline, in accordance with their strict safety standards. You will also be responsible for the daily management of the airport bar.
You will be required to have a current manual drivers licence, and if not currently holding, obtain a forklift licence. A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work well within a team environment are also essential qualities.
